Purchases

By placing an order, you authorize USSFP and its' agents to process this transaction in full and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Placing an order authorizes USSFP to charge your payment method and holds you responsible for the amount specified on the “Order Review” page. Your payment method will be charged at the time your order is placed unless otherwise specified by an authorized USSFP representative.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase. We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law. Please see our privacy policy for additional information.

USSFP reserves the right to cancel any order by notifying you and issuing a full refund prior to shipping.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis with notice of amounts and dates included in your order confirmation.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on USSFP's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Communication of Requirements

USSFP takes great care to specify requirements to any and all external providers. As of the Terms & Condition effective date, all external providers have been vetted and are to be considered approved. USSFP performs periodic audits of external providers to ensure that they meet standards laid out by the organization.
